Elmbrook Chief Executive
Rob joined the team at Elmbrook not long after graduating from Massey University. Initially appointed as a software developer Rob's abilities in both technical and customer interaction soon evolved into Major Project Development and Management. Ideally suited to managing and leading Elmbrook into the future Rob was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2004 and continues now to build upon its successes with its capable and versatile staff.
Rob is on the committee of the Kapiti Chamber of Commerce and has recently been made a Rotarian at the Kapiti Rotary club.
Rob and his wife Jen enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures. During his spare time (if there is ever any) he spends renovating his home.
We won’t tell the rest of New Zealand but he really is an avid Wellington Hurricanes Rugby Supporter.
Marketing/Operations Manager
Gary is able to draw on his operational, management and marketing experience obtained in Central and Local Government positions. This not only involved administrative functions, the training of external agency staff and representation on Standards & Industry Committees, but included the role to respond to critical emergencies at any time. Invariably the latter role required the capability to analyse high risk situations quickly, coordinate health & safety measures and the ability to then render safe hazardous situations.
Elmbrook now utilises his skills to provide enhanced operational support to the team as well as its clients and partners throughout the world.
